In 1958, Bernard and Estelle Sappol purchased the Huntington Art Center. Looking for a way to make a living and find an outlet for Bernie's artistic talents, the Sappols left New York City behind and moved to Huntington, Long Island. Growing and learning with the times, they built a business based on honesty, hard work, knowledge and an artistic flair.

Today their son Alan, trained from "the ground up," runs the Huntington Art Center. Ably assisted by a very talented and skilled staff, including founder Bernie Sappol and Johnny Gonzalez. The Huntington Art Center finds itself fully capable of handling all the challenges a modern picture framer comes in contact with.
